This policy outlines what is and isn't allowed on Creedo. We enforce these rules to protect all users and ensure fair payouts for everyone.

1. One Account Per Person

  • You may only have one Creedo account.
  • Creating multiple accounts (even with different email addresses or devices) is strictly prohibited.
  • Accounts sharing the same device, IP address, or payment method may be flagged for review.
  • Household members may each have their own account, but accounts will be reviewed if activity patterns suggest coordination.

2. Honest Activity Only

You must complete offers legitimately:

  • Complete all required steps for each offer as described.
  • Do not use bots, auto-clickers, scripts, emulators, or any automation tools.
  • Do not fabricate offer completion (e.g., using hacked apps, modified APKs, or spoofed screenshots).
  • Do not manipulate offer tracking by clearing cookies mid-offer, switching devices, or using URL modifications.

3. No Location or Identity Masking

  • Do not use VPNs, proxies, Tor, or any tool that hides or changes your real IP address or location.
  • Creedo is available in the United States only. Accessing the platform from outside the US (even if you are a US resident traveling) may trigger fraud detection.
  • Do not use spoofed device identifiers or rooted/jailbroken devices to bypass security checks.

4. Referral Program Rules

  • Only refer real people you know. Do not create fake accounts to refer to yourself.
  • Do not incentivize referrals with payments or rewards outside the Creedo platform.
  • Do not spam referral links in forums, comments, or messages in violation of those platforms' rules.
  • Referral abuse includes: self-referrals, bot-generated referrals, purchased signups, or coordinated referral rings.

5. Accurate Information

  • All information you provide (registration, KYC, payment details) must be truthful and accurate.
  • Using someone else's identity or payment method is prohibited.
  • Misrepresenting your age, location, or identity will result in account termination.

6. Respectful Communication

  • When interacting with Creedo support or other users, be respectful and constructive.
  • Harassment, threats, hate speech, or abusive behavior toward staff or other users is not tolerated.

7. Consequences of Violations

Depending on severity, violations may result in:

  • Warning: For minor first-time offenses.
  • Temporary Suspension: Account frozen for investigation (typically 7-30 days).
  • Points Forfeiture: All earned points and pending withdrawals may be revoked.
  • Permanent Ban: Account permanently terminated with no eligibility to create a new account.

We investigate all flagged accounts before taking action. If you believe your account was flagged in error, you may appeal through our support channels.

8. Reporting Violations
