3. How Creedo Works

  • Creedo is a rewards platform where you earn points by completing offers (playing games, installing apps, completing tasks) provided by third-party advertisers through our advertising partner network.
  • Our AI matching engine personalizes offer recommendations based on your profile, preferences, and activity history.
  • Points are credited to your account after our advertising partners confirm offer completion ("postback"). Credit timing varies by offer and is not controlled by Creedo.
  • Points can be redeemed for real-world rewards including PayPal cash, Visa prepaid cards, and Amazon gift cards through our payment partner, Tremendous.

4. Points and Rewards

  • Points have no cash value until redeemed through an available cashout method.
  • Points are non-transferable between accounts.
  • We reserve the right to adjust point values, minimum redemption thresholds, and available cashout methods at any time with reasonable notice.
  • Current redemption minimums, processing times, and limits are documented in our Help Center.
  • Points may expire if your account is inactive for [12 consecutive months].

5. Withdrawals and Payments

  • First Withdrawal Minimum: $10 (to filter fraudulent accounts).
  • New User Monthly Limit: $50.
  • Verified User Monthly Limit: $500.
  • Processing Time: New user withdrawals are subject to a 48-72 hour pending period for fraud review. Subsequent withdrawals from verified accounts are processed within 1-3 business days depending on method.
  • KYC Requirement: You must complete identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal. This is a one-time requirement unless your account is flagged for additional review.
  • Payment Method Restrictions: You may have one active payment method per account. Changes to your payment method are subject to a 30-day cooldown period.
  • Fees: Creedo absorbs standard processing fees for PayPal and Visa prepaid card payouts. We reserve the right to introduce fees with advance notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Create multiple accounts or use another person's account.
  • Use VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask your location or device identity.
  • Use bots, scripts, or automation tools to complete offers or interact with the platform.
  • Provide false information during registration or identity verification.
  • Manipulate offer tracking by clearing cookies, using incognito mode during offer completion, or interfering with tracking URLs.
  • Collude with other users to abuse the referral program.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the platform.
  • Engage in any activity designed to fraudulently earn points or rewards.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all points and pending withdrawals, and permanent ban from the platform.

7. Referral Program

  • Eligible users may invite others to Creedo through a unique referral link.
  • Referral commissions are earned when your referred user (a) creates an account, (b) completes identity verification, (c) completes a qualifying offer, and (d) makes their first withdrawal.
  • Commission rates and tier structures are documented in the Referral Program section of the app and may be updated from time to time.
  • Referral commissions are subject to a 30-day hold period before becoming available for withdrawal.
  • Self-referrals, fake referrals, and referral abuse will result in forfeiture of all referral earnings and potential account termination.

8. Intellectual Property

  • The Creedo name, logo, design, and all platform content are the property of [COMPANY_NAME] and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission.

  • Offer Credit: Credit for completed offers depends on accurate tracking and confirmation by our advertising partners. We are not responsible for tracking failures caused by ad blockers, cookie settings, VPN usage, or other factors outside our control.
  • No Guarantee of Earnings: The amount you earn depends on your activity, the offers you complete, and advertiser payouts. We make no guarantees regarding minimum earnings.
  • Service Availability: We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.
